Curriculum (general objectives and topics, types of instructors, and planned time frame)
There are 22 written curriculum chapters available to participants. Each local chapter assembles their own syllabus based on curriculum choices, partners, and local resources. Chapters typically present 15 of the 26 chapters available. Guest speakers are brought in from partnering agencies and communities to teach the concepts or to highlight local resources and issues. Classes can be in the form of workshops, lectures, field trips, and on the job training.
